T-Shirt Design Fix

I have a Photoshop (.psd) file of a t-shirt design.

Large graphic for tshirk Back
The text needs to be fixed; changing "ALASKKAN" to "ALASKAN".
The borders need to be fixed up
graphics clean up
the teal green Color needs to be dropped out to use less ink for a tshirt design

Small graphic for tshirk front -- should be 4inches x 4 inches
The text needs to be fixed; changing to say Man overboard
it need to be rotated
graphics cleaned up

Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Expert in t-shirt design
- Attention to detail
