Shirt Design

I would like to recreate a current shirt design I have. I have attached the current design with notes on what I would like. I want to change the colors to red white and blue, I want the black area that breaks into the cross to be guns like an ak47, ar15 etc with a silhouette of Jesus's face incorporated in the design delivered in the formats of .ai, .png and .jpg. How much would this cost?
