SharePoint Intranet Site Development

I need an Intranet SharePoint site primarily for document management and act as a primary site for all internal staff. It has to start from discovery phase - gathering info from client - while the person will not be totalling client facing but there would be scenarios where he would need to speak to client with my team.

The site will be used to manage all types of documents, including internal policies, project documentation, and client-related documents, sales, finance across all departments in the business.

Key Requirements:
- Australian time zone AEST is mandatory

- Comprehensive document management capabilities
- Access permissions for managing client-related documents
- custom development of landing page
-calendar sync set up
- different access level permission for each staff.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in SharePoint development and configuration
- Strong understanding of document management systems
- Experience setting up and managing access permissions
- excellent communication skill as interaction with different stake holder is needed
Headoffice in Australia but there would requirement to connect with diff stake holders across the globe. Mandatory requirement to be available during AEST time.
