Set up daily text message countdown to a event on May 30 this year

I have a small text group7 people that I would like to iMessage and email to remind them of an event starting on May 30, 2023. The message should include how many days hours minutes and seconds until the event and from time to time I would like to add a reminder of some task that needs to be done prior to the event.
