Senior PowerPoint Designer Needed

I'm in need of a highly skilled PowerPoint designer with deep knowledge of advanced master functionalities like color libraries and font standardization. We have a basic deck setup and need a few hundred slides integrated into the new deck.

Key Tasks:
- Manual rebuilding of slides: No automated tools, just proper manual work.
- Testing of each slide for consistency and quality.

Content:
- The slides will contain mixed media, including animations.
- The primary purpose of the presentation is for customer pitches, so a professional and polished end product is crucial.

Visual Style:
- The style is already defined by the existing files that are not utilizing the master properly.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, particularly with advanced master functionalities.
- Experience in manual slide rebuilding, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to style slides in a creative and modern way, suitable for a client presentation.

Attached is the master that is causing us problems, that we are rebuilding right now to give you an idea of how many templates there will be etc.

I expect the workload to be around 10 days.
