You should have:
3–6 years experience in graphic design
Expert Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to interpret a messy brief and deliver without hand-holding
Fast, reliable, and communicates clearly
Budget: ₹15,000–₹40,000/month depending on workload
Remote-friendly, but understanding of Indian brand culture is a plus
