Self-help eBook & Paperback Design for KDP

I'm seeking a talented designer to create an appealing layout for my book. This project involves formatting the book for both ebook and paperback versions on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). A preview of some content is attached. Aside from introduction, the image and content grouping repeats 44 times.
The design should be professional and conducive to the spirituality genre, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of KDP's requirements. While I don't have a specific style guide, I'm open to your expert suggestions and insights on what will work best.
Requirements- The book is all text and some images. The images will be spread throughout the book. You will clean up the images as they are from an ancient book that has signs of aging. You will lay out a page design for images and another for text and all the pages will follow the this layout. The layout should be clear, engaging and easy to read. The overall design should be aesthetically pleasing. Add appropriate page numbers for both eBook and paperback formats. - Include a hyperlinked table of contents for easy navigation within the eBook. - Ensure font consistency throughout the book to maintain a cohesive look. - Set proper fonts, margins, and spacing to enhance readability. You will create a front cover image, an inner cover image, and a back cover image for the book (min 300 dpi resolution). All work should be done in MS Word and MS Word and PDF formats should be delivered. The book will have a ToC which will be just the numbers on the image.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proven experience in book design and layout, particularly for KDP.
- Strong graphic design skills, with the ability to create or source appropriate images or illustrations.
