Seeking design of pets - something distinctive and realistic

I'm launching an app related to digital pets and need a designer that could work with me to design different positions of a pet's head (e.g., cat looking up, cat looking down, cat looking to left, with different permutations of eyes, lips, etc.). The idea is to launch dozens of different pets with users choosing their pet (future concept is to allow the app to take a picture of one's actual pet and the features get rendered into the design aesthetic you would be building).

For now, I'm looking for a designer who can create 1 head position (pet looking straight ahead) before deciding on the right designer.
