Seeking Expert UI/UX Designers (Real Estate Focus) for Long-Term Partnership & Innovative Projects

I am Dietrich Alban, founder of a growing dropservicing agency specializing in providing high-end UI/UX design services for the real estate development and agency sector. My goal is to help my clients create websites and digital platforms that are not only aesthetically flawless but also effectively convert visitors into qualified leads.
To launch and grow this business, I'm looking to build a team of talented, experienced, and passionate freelance UI/UX designers specializing in the real estate industry.

What I'm Looking For (Role and Needs):
I am seeking one or more freelance UI/UX designers capable of:

Showcasing expertise through an existing portfolio: Initially, your portfolio of real estate projects will be crucial for us to present the breadth of our combined know-how to future prospects and thereby attract our first clients.
Executing UI/UX design assignments for clients in the real estate sector: Once contracts are signed, you will be responsible for:
Designing wireframes, interactive mockups (prototypes), and high-fidelity UI designs for developer websites, property listing portals, new development landing pages, etc.
Creating intuitive, modern, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered (UX) interfaces.
Ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Designing responsive interfaces (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Collaborating closely with me to fully understand client briefs and iterate on designs.

Required Profile (Skills and Experience):

Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
A strong, verifiable portfolio MANDATORILY showcasing several concrete and successful projects in the real estate sector. (Examples: sites for developers, real estate agencies, listing portals, property search apps, etc.). This is a key criterion.
Excellent proficiency with standard design tools: Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of UX principles (user research, user flows, personas, etc.) and UI best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Attention to detail, creativity, and thoroughness.
Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively (in English).
Openness to a long-term collaboration.
