Security & Safety Org Flowcharts

I’m rolling out two parallel departments—one serving Water Resources, the other Electricity Supply—covering Security, Safety and Health, all of which ultimately report to the Security & Safety Director. I need each function ( water, electricity) mapped as a clear, editable flowchart that captures every division and function in line with global best practices.

The structure should show how core Security disciplines (physical security, cybersecurity, access control, investigations, emergency management, risk & compliance, business continuity, and any other internationally recognised functions) integrate seamlessly with Safety and Health units such as occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental risk, training and audit. Where a function is unique to a utility sector—dam-safety teams on the water side or generation-site protection on the power side—highlight it.

Deliverables
• Two separate, fully-labelled flowcharts (one for Water Resources, one for Electricity Supply) in an editable format of your choice (Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, etc.) plus PDF exports.
• A brief legend or note set inside each chart explaining key acronyms or colour codes.

Acceptance criteria
• Layout is intuitive and visually clean.
• All divisions/functions expected under global best practice are present.
• Reporting lines culminate in the Security & Safety Director.
• Files open error-free and allow easy future edits.

With those elements in place, I’ll be able to move straight into staffing and implementation.
