Second Birthday Shirt Design

Hello, I am looking for an artist to commission to design the logo for my son's 2nd birthday. The details are below. A sky blue shirt will be the design color. I will be using a local t shirt company for screen printing. My son's name is Noah and we would love to his the letters of his name in white cloud design in the sky, below the name will be an cartoon brown Arc floating in wavy water. It is pretty simple design would love to see what you can come up with if we move forward. Reminder it is 2nd birthday so really playful, bubbly cool font.
