Searching for Real estate floor plan

if i wrote a floor plan with my hand, or just make an photo.
i need that Illustrated in 2D, in clean professional way.
I am looking for someone permanent, for a long cooperation.
Floor plans are always needed and then I need them as soon as possible.
Preferably a fixed price per floor plan.
But this must be a good price, because we then work on a long-term basis and in the time several 100 and more floor plans must be created.
