OT Scrub Dress Design for All

I'm looking for a creative designer to develop a unique OT scrub dress for both male and female. The design should include multiple pockets and vary according to the collar type.
Key elements of the design will include:
- Collar Types: Both V-neck and collared
- Fabric: Using durable and comfortable blended fabric
- Color Schemes: A variety of colors, moving away from plain solid designs. The use of solid colors, patterns, and color blocks is encouraged.
