Screen printing designer

I am looking for a screen printing designer who can create more than 7 T-shirt designs with specific elements and themes in mind. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing designs for T-shirts. The designs should be unique, creative, and suitable for printing on T-shirts. The designer should have a good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also important. Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is preferred.
