Scrabble book cover image

I'm looking to commission an image which will appear on the front cover and first page of a hand made note book. It needs to have a set of scrabble tiles that spell "SCRABBLE" rising out of a scrabble tile bag, bathed in light coming from the bag and surrounded by light glitter. Transparent background, but happy for suggestions as to what would work best given the colour of bag, tiles and light used. High resolution required, to be placed on an A5 notebook in colour and in grayscale, however may choose to use it on an A4 book in future. Any artistic choices or suggestions are welcome, happy to discuss the context to encourage creative licence. I was hoping to get it printed for Christmas so mid December would be good. If that's not possible, I understand. Please provide a quote for timeframe and cost.
