Schematic Medical Illustrations for Pocket Guide
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am seeking a talented illustrator to create schematic/diagrammatic style medical illustrations for a pocket guide. These illustrations will primarily consist of medical schematics/diagrams, such as waveforms.
All diagrams for this title are within the field of Respiratory Therapy. Please see attached image for an example of some of the diagrams I am looking at upgrading/updating.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong background in medical illustration
- Experience creating schematic/diagrammatic style illustrations
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in this style
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Excellent communication skills to interpret feedback and revisions
The primary purpose of these illustrations will be for a published pocket guide. Therefore, the illustrations should be clear, concise and suitable for print - all my layout is done in InDesign. Understanding of educational design principles would be a plus.
