Sales Flyers

I am looking to hire a freelancer, for ongoing work. I need to first have a general flyer/handout for my door to door sales to hand off. my client has it all drawn up already, but need copy edits and a new "marketing brand concept" we will use for all ongoing projects.

I have the logos & colors to send too, once the freelancer is confirmed. I am a graphic designer myself, so I know what I want, like, dont like and can speak the language. Will need all in .ai format as well.
