Sales-Driven Video & Mailers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a tightly focused campaign aimed squarely at boosting sales of our enterprise software delivery services, and I need a partner who can marry an engaging brand-story video with a set of persuasive direct-mail pieces.
Here’s the concept. The centerpiece will be a short, emotionally charged brand-story video that makes a clear, irresistible case for why our services solves a real problem. I’ll be embedding it on our company website and optimizing it for YouTube, so the final files must be ready for both environments (think 1080p MP4, clear thumbnail, strong metadata, end-screen CTA, and a companion muted-autoplay cut for the site hero section). While YouTube ads will handle broader reach, the website version should feel native and load fast.
Supporting the video, I want a coordinated sequence of printed and/or digital mailers that echo the story arc, drive recipients to watch the video, and convert that interest into purchases. Clean design, sharp copy, a measurable call-to-action URL or QR code, and print-ready artwork are essential. If you’re comfortable setting these up in a tool like Mailchimp for the digital send, even better.
Deliverables
• long-form (10 minutes) brand-story video editing: full post-production (Premiere, After Effects or similar), and final cuts for YouTube + website including 10 "shorts" (recorded separately)
• Cohesive mailer package: headline-driven postcard or brochure layout, companion email template, production-ready PDFs, and linked tracking assets.
• A simple deployment guide outlining recommended publishing settings, mailing schedule, and success metrics we should watch (CTR, view-through, conversions).
I’ll provide existing brand assets, product imagery, and a rough buyer persona. You bring the creative spark, clear storytelling, and technical polish that moves viewers from curiosity to signing an engagement contract. If you’ve executed similar sales-oriented campaigns and can point to concrete results, let’s talk.
