Sailor Docks and Boat Lifts Post Card
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Design a marketing postcard for our boat dock and boat lift company. I'd like to use IMG_0017.jpg and IMG_0006.jpg as the postcard background with verbiage overlay on top (I will send verbiage if this is possible). Is there a way to put Sailor Nickels' (picture of dog) face with hat inside of the "approved stamp circle" and change words in circle border to say Sailor Nickels' Approved.
