SaaS Platform Email Template Design

Good day to you,
I am in need of an email template for a new SaaS platform.
I have the logo, colour scheme etc to help with that side of the design, but need an experienced designer to create a high-quality email template which will be used for system generated emails that are sent on event and action triggers.
The design would need to be professional, and yet have a welcoming feel too it. Anyway, that can be covered off with the winning designer.
The end output would be html, but other graphic formats will be needed in case of changes in the future to information.
