Rolodex Builder Wanted

I'm looking for someone to develop an app like a digital Rolodex that can store both contact information. I have some ideas for the format and layout, but I am open to design suggestions. This Rolodex should accommodate between 100-500 entries per person, and allow the people I put on the network to connect to other people on the network. I need someone who is experienced in developing this platform and who has a successful track record in delivering projects on time. If you are the right person for this project, please get in touch.
