Rich Picture Graphical Design

I am looking to get two Rich Pictures designed in the next day or two (fully completed by Sunday 3 Jul). I have provided a sample of the image that it needs to look similar to. Please note we do not want it to be exactly like it, but it needs to be similar to it. The work needs to be checked and might take one or two iterations.
