Rewrite from text an e book which is professionally designed.

I have 9 modules already written so it would be retyping the content into a professionally designed e book. Each module has about 5 pages but they are well spaced. I would like a front cover design, in line with my brand - already had a logo. Good design and english required. If you are busy it is not urgent. I have one already created so you can see what I liked before you start.
