Revit Draftsperson Needed for Design Development Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled draftsperson experienced in Revit to assist with the design development stage of my project. You will work from an existing baseline drawing to edit and enhance the site plan, and complete the remaining required drawings to clearly communicate my design proposal.
Scope of Work:
Edit and finalise the site plan for the proposed design.
Complete a detailed floor plan.
Produce two sections.
Create four high-quality 3D perspective renderings.
Generate two axonometric views.
Deliverables:
Original Revit (.rvt) file containing all completed work.
PDF files of all drawings, properly formatted and ready for presentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Ability to work from an existing baseline drawing and apply design development changes.
Strong attention to detail in both 2D and 3D outputs.
Ability to communicate design ideas visually.
If you have experience delivering polished architectural drawings and renderings that effectively communicate a design concept, I’d love to work with you.
