Revise Existing Logo with Artistic Flair

Graphic Designer Needed to Refine Existing Logo
I’m seeking a skilled graphic designer to help refine an existing logo. The current design is mostly complete but requires a few key modifications to better align with my vision.
Scope of Work:
Symbol Revision:
Maintain the existing line-drawing style, but update the floral elements:
One dahlia head should be redesigned as a decorative dahlia.
The second dahlia head should represent a cactus dahlia.
(Reference images will be provided.)
Layout Adjustment:
Refine the positioning of the symbol in relation to the text to achieve better balance and visual flow.
Deliverables:
High-resolution logo files in the following formats: PDF, PNG, and SVG.
Black logo on transparent background.
Color logo (#335a00) on transparent background.
Color logo with background.
Favicon files for Android, iOS (iPhone), and web browsers using the logo symbol.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to sign over all intellectual property (IP) rights upon project completion.
Please provide examples of previous logo work, especially with botanical or line-art design, if available.
