Revamp & Reactivate Two WordPress Sites

I have two WordPress sites hosted on the IONOS platform that have been dormant for a while. My goal is to bring them back online with a fresh, modern look and a smoother user experience.

Here is what I need:

• Design refresh – new layouts, updated images and graphics, and any additional visual tweaks you believe will make the sites feel current and engaging.
• Functionality upgrades – rebuild the contact forms so they actually reach my inbox, integrate them cleanly with email marketing, and tighten up user registration / login so members can access protected content without frustration.
• Full reactivation – once the improvements are in place, push the sites live on IONOS and verify that everything (links, forms, media, plugins) works flawlessly.
