Revamp UI/UX & Integrate New Features ( c# .NET)

I am in need of a proficient c# .NET software developer or team who can work on improving my existing software. The expected tasks in this project are:
1. Full UI/UX Redesign: I want a complete overhaul of my current UI and UX. This includes but isn’t limited to changing the color scheme, improving the layout and navigation, and implementing a dark/light mode.
2. Adding New Features: The software needs to include payment page, activation key login, and few more things.
3. Multilingual Support: The software must have support for multiple languages, namely English, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, Polish, German and Russian.
The goal is to transform the old software into a multi-functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing new software. Your task will be considered complete when the mentioned requirements have been satisfied. Efficiency and attention to detail will be key throughout this process.
