Revamp HOA Campaign Website

My campaign site for our Homeowners Association gets the message across, but the pages feel dated and cluttered. I’d like a designer who can bring a noticeably more professional polish while keeping the tone vibrant and colorful—this campaign should feel welcoming, energetic, and trustworthy all at once.

Here is what I need:

• Refresh the overall design and layout so each section guides visitors naturally through our platform and priorities.
• Propose and apply a new color scheme that is lively without looking juvenile; think bright accents anchored by confident, accessible base tones.
• Source or create images and graphics that resonate with neighborhood life (community gatherings, well-kept homes, friendly faces) and integrate them seamlessly across banners, cards, and calls-to-action.
• Tidy up page structure and navigation for smoother user experience on desktop and mobile, reducing clicks to key info like my platform, endorsements, and voting details.
