Reusable Annual Day Banner & Standees
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a single, high-impact design for our Annual Day stage backdrop banner (12Ft X 10ft) that can live on for years without looking dated. The banner should centre on our School/Institution Values, expressed in a fun and colourful way, while staying faithful to our own colour palette so it feels unmistakably “us” every time it goes up.
Alongside the Stage backdrop banner, I also require artwork for three matching standees, each 72 in × 35 in, to be printed on flex. All four pieces must feel like one cohesive visual family.
Because this set will return to the spotlight every year, I’m looking for clean, layered source files that make future text tweaks simple—no complete redesigns or costly reprints down the line.
Deliverables
• Print-ready CMYK PDFs for the stage backdrop and three standees (300 dpi, bleed included)
• Fully editable source files (Coreldraw & PSD) with organised layers and linked fonts , png & jpg included.
• A quick mock-up or visualisation so I can see how the set reads together on stage
Please keep our colours consistent, let the tone stay playful and engaging, and leave space for a small annual date panel that we can swap in and out ourselves. If you have any clarifying questions, just let me know—I’d like to approve the initial concept quickly so you can move straight into final production files.

Banner: should be visually appealing, child- friendly, and clearly visible from a distance.

Bright, vibrant, and cheerful look suitable for preschool children
Include playful elements like kids, stars, rainbows, balloons, or stage/celebration graphics
Clean layout with the school name and “Annual Day Celebration” as the main highlight
Avoid clutter—design should look premium and readable from far.
Blank Place on the banner to stick the name of the theme every year, as the theme changes. Eg themes are 'Bollywood theme' or ' Our earth our home' etc.
Design 2: Standees : 3 nos : 35inch X 75 inch
Objective:
Create attractive, welcoming standees that reflects the school’s warmth, values, and joyful
learning environment—suitable for photos and entrance display.
Standee 1 : Annual Day Celebration. This standee will be displayed during annual day function. So the theme should be similar as the banner.
Standee 2: Welcome to Little Explorers Preschool for Sports day Celeration. This standee to be displayed at school entrance during sports day.
Standee 3: Little Explorers Preschool welcome you for ........ (This standee is for multi event use. We would like to change the theme name....eg we have celebrations or various events. So in the space on the standee we will stick the event name). The design should be generic, reusable, and event-flexible.
