Retail Packaging Designer Needed

I need a creative and experienced graphic designer, specialized in retail packaging designs. The theme of the product hasn't been decided yet, so I would appreciate someone who is adept at working with different themes and can advise on this matter. Similarly, the color scheme is also yet to be decided - somebody with knowledge in color psychology, able to make insightful suggestions based on the market and product type would be ideal.
