Resume Design

I have a complete new resume. I would like designed and set up like my old one. When you see old layout you will understand what I mean by the first page looking like a cover page. Use the information in my new resume to design a layout that has a cover page with short lists of positions so an employer can scan at a glance. I also need the original version in 2 pages.
