Resizing and Setting up book for offset printing

I am looking for someone to resize and set up my book for offset printing. The current size of the book is specified as "Other," and the desired size is 8.5 x 11 inches with 1/8" Bleed. I am open to suggestions for printing companies or printers that can handle this project.
