Resize company logo and add to 2 or 3 more items

I need to resize my company logo to fit a business card. I will upload my old front and back of my business card if we decided to move forward. I would also like to make a presentation design folders 9 x 12 with my company logo as well as my company info. Lastly I would like a company letter head with my company logo. Oh if possible, specifications of my company logo so I can add to some paraphernalia like pens, t-shirts, banners and so on
Pls. note: I would like to be able to have these files so I can edit the info in my business cards, letter head, presentation folders if need be.
