Resize Ubuntu MATE Desktop Icons

My Ubuntu MATE desktop icons are currently too large and I need them resized so all icons fit onto a single desktop screen.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency with Ubuntu MATE
- Experience with desktop environment configuration
- Attention to detail in UI/UX adjustments

Please note, I'm not looking to adjust system fonts or other elements, just the desktop icons.
