Resize DJST for KDP 8.5x11 paperback; and Kindle Book

DJST Trim size is currently 9.5" x 12." This exceeds KDP 8.5x11 max size. So the book needs to be resized down to 8.5 x 11 for paperback. It also needs reformatting to be a Kindle book. I imagine any pdf file is suitable for an ordinary e-book. Simply shrinking the font size may not suffice as it may make the text and images unclear, so additional pages may be needed. Whatever will make for the best finished project. As for the kindle e-book, that seems to be a matter of putting left column text and images into the right column, so that there is one flowable column throughout the book.
