Resign a pdf document and covert into a Google doc
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project to redesign a PDF document and convert it into a Google document. A Google doc with same text as the pdf will will be provided. The specific changes that I need in the PDF document include text, formatting, and design edits. I also require additional content beyond what is already in the PDF document:
General:
1. All text to be the same font and size and editable (not image)
2. Change all logos to new logo (will be provided)
3. Change gray backgrounds with black
4. Other than what’s mentioned above, the document must look exactly the same as the pdf
First page:
1. Only 3 images to be on the first page:
A. logo on the top right (different logo)
B. globe with green background in the middle
C. Gray bird in bottom left - bird must change to a new bird design in new logo, bird color must change to gray color of the background, and gray background to change to black background
2. Each image can’t be larger than it’s actual size (can’t have extra white background in image)
3. Text on the bottom right must be editable
4. Final work must be inside the new Google document that will be shared with you and will include all the text but in different format.
Second page and rest of document:
1. Header of 2nd and rest of pages:
A. New logo on left
B. Text in the middle with green background must be edible
C. Gray area on the right to change to black, and must be editable to insert text
D. Hint (you may do it differently):
- - Designer might create a table (without borders) inside the header with cells with white, green and black backgrounds.
- - Then a small image divider with white / green background (formatted to be above text), can be placed between the logo and green background.
- - And a small image divider with green / black background (formatted to be above text), can be placed between the green and black backgrounds.
E. Same header must be automatically created if additional pages are created
2. Middle of the page:
A. All text must be editable with no images, same font type, size, and colors as in the pdf.
B. Tables in section 4.1 and 4.3 must be in the same colors and must be editable. They also must be able to create more rows for each table.
C. Table in section 4.1 to be moved to the end of section 3.
D. Chart in section 8.1 can be an image.
3. Footer of 2nd and rest of pages:
A. Gray to change to black
B. Page number in the middle with green background must change to the next number, and same footer must be automatically created if additional pages are created
The Word document should be in the same format as the PDF, which is the client's preferred format.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately replicate formatting and design elements
- Excellent written communication skills to ensure accurate text edits
- Familiarity with APA, MLA, and Chicago formatting styles for the Word document conversion
