Residential Construction Estimator

I have four estimates from four different contractors and I need someone to put the bids in a format of which I can compare. our intention was to get initial bids as a demolition and new home build. Based on the disparity of pricing and the high cost of construction in California, we are now leaning towards a partial rebuild/renovation. new freelancers needed.
