Research project Powerpoint and Word template creation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We need a PowerPoint and set of Word templates designed for professional purposes. The field we work in is scientific research, and the design should be consistent with the branding and colours we have for our specific project and logo.
Key Requirements for both templates:
- Incorporation of our project logo(s) and branding into the templates
- A consistent font and color scheme throughout the templates, aligning with our project's visual identity (colour and fonts)
- inclusion of EU logo and funding acknowledgement in relevant places
For Powerpoint template:
- Inclusion of placeholders for text, charts and images, to be used in future presentations
- A selection (approx 8-12) of different Powerpoint "slide layouts", e.g. title slide, blank slide, 1 column, 2 columns, 3 columns, left text + right graphic, etc....
- key elements such as date, slide number, title, in footer
- use as much of the slide space efficiently for content
- Final product is a PowerPoint template file, *.potx
For Word templates:
- a simple document template for standard documents
- a report template with cover/back page design, table of contents
- a letter template
- a one-page, 2-sided brief / info page template
- should have complete and consistent Style set for text, numbered Headings, table, captions, bulleted and numbered lists etc
- Optimized for Word - PC version (previous PPT template was done on Mac and not fit for purpose)
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in graphic design, particularly focused on corporate and business-oriented materials. Experience with minimalist design is a must, as is a keen understanding of brand consistency. Please include examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
We will proved the logos (wide, square, white/black, negative versions), fonts and colour codes, We will also provide the previous templates, which can be used as a basis for improvement. Word version is OK, powerpoint version is not good.
