Require a Banner Created and saved as an AI File

I require a banner to be saved as an AI file (The design has already been done but it is not correct quality, and when it is increased the images are blurry). The size of the banner is 3m x 5m. It will feature company logos and will be printed. I expect to be delivered a print-ready file, which I can then pass on to my printer. Please be sure the colors and text is clear and accurate.

Logos can be provided. This job is an urgent job. I would ideally like it to be done within a few hours, and should just be a copy for someone with the right skillset
