Replica of design template in Figma

We have a design that we need in figma. On the pictures you can see the structure. We need a 1 to 1 copy of the template. The figures can also be adapted, not everything has to be identical, please discuss any changes with us beforehand. The rest of the background and illustrations must remain the same.
