Rephrase and Redesign Study Templates & Planners in My Brand Style

I’m looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to rephrase and redesign a set of study planners and templates (see attached PDF) to match my brand’s colors, fonts, and visual identity.

The goal is to keep the same structure and purpose of each planner/template but refresh the layout and text for a clean, cohesive, and professional look consistent with my brand.

Project Requirements:

Rephrase all text elements (titles, section names, labels) in clear and natural English

Redesign all pages following my brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone, and layout style)

Deliver both printable and digital versions

Provide editable source files (Canva Pro / Adobe Illustrator / InDesign)

Maintain a minimal, functional, and aesthetically consistent layout

What I’ll Provide:

Brand color palette

Fonts and logo files

Reference materials for brand style

The original “BONUS – Template & Planners.pdf” for redesign and text editing

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with planner, stationery, or digital product design

Strong sense of layout, alignment, and typography

Good written English for simple text rewriting/rephrasing

Attention to detail and brand consistency

Deliverables:

Editable design file (Canva Pro, AI, or InDesign)

High-resolution PDF (print + digital) versions

Timeline:

Within 7–10 days after project approval.

Budget:

Maximum €40 for the complete project.
