Remote Project Support Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I manage several fast-moving initiatives that need reliable back-office help Monday through Friday. The scope is varied but straightforward: I pass you raw spreadsheets or inbox dumps and you return well-structured data in Excel or Google Sheets; I share cluttered slide decks, PDFs, or reports and you deliver clean, consistent documents ready for client eyes; when a new sub-brand emerges, you sketch two or three quick logo ideas in Illustrator or another vector tool for internal discussion; and, when copy arrives in another language, you provide an accurate translation, maintaining original formatting, using your preferred CAT platform or DeepL for first pass plus human polish.
This is a remote, no-weekend position. Expect a steady workload that equates to roughly a $2 000+ monthly engagement, paid in agreed milestones tied to each batch of tasks.
Deliverables
• Structured spreadsheets with zero formula errors
• Reformatted documents that match supplied style guides
• 3–5 exploratory logo concepts per brief in SVG/PNG/PDF
• Translated files returned in the source layout, proof-read and spell-checked
Acceptance criteria: every item passes Grammarly or similar QA, aligns with the provided template or brand guide, and is delivered by the mutually set deadline.
If that mix of data, docs, design, and language sounds like a good use of your skills, I’m ready to start assigning the first task bundle right away.
