Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative Webmaster / Graphic Designer to help manage and update our WordPress websites using Elementor, while also contributing to eye-catching graphic layouts for web and print. You should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or Grok to help develop and refine content for visual presentation.
About the Role:
This is a part-time (10–15 hours/week) remote position with room to grow. You’ll be responsible for designing and updating web pages, creating professional graphics, and working with our team to support ongoing marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Web Design & Updates:
Design, and update with new content WordPress websites using Elementor. Ensure sites are functional and visually consistent with the brand.
• Graphic Design:
Create engaging digital graphics, landing pages and visual content using Photoshop. Support brand consistency across all design projects.
• Copy & Layout Integration:
Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Grok to generate and refine copy when needed, with a focus on enhancing the visual layout and message impact.
• Print & Presentation Design:
Design marketing materials (flyers, posters, and other digital or print assets) and presentation decks for events, sponsors, and partnerships.

• Strong design skills using Photoshop (InDesign a plus).
• Solid understanding of design for both web and print.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with copywriting for design layouts.

• Must be available 1–2 hours/day on at least 4 weekdays (Mon–Fri) during US Eastern Time hours.
