Sample Sourcing & Management
Offline: Regularly visit major U.S. retail channels (stores, markets) to select and purchase physical samples. Arrange shipment to China for team reference and deliver packaged samples to U.S. clients.
Online: Source creative inspiration and sample links via Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, and brand websites. Purchase samples as directed.
Conduct real-time Wechat video calls with supervisors during sample selection to jointly decide on purchases.
Product & Packaging Design
Participate in the full product development process. Responsible for brand identity, graphic design, and complete packaging design.
Qualifications
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software;
trong remote collaboration skills, comfortable with Wechat video communication and team cooperation;
Excellent self-motivation, time management, and cross-time zone communication skills;
Fluent in either English and Chinese.
Compensation
