Key Responsibilities:
Design unique, trendsetting men’s apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos) aligned with the OFFTHRUST brand.
Develop sketches and digital designs using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D.
Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and patterns suitable for men’s casual and semi-casual wear.
Create detailed tech packs for manufacturers, including measurements and stitching details.
Research market trends and competitors to deliver commercially viable designs.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and align with brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience designing men’s apparel is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.).
Should be able to create apparel mockups.
Strong knowledge of men’s fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction.
Ability to create detailed tech packs and collaborate with manufacturers.
Attributes:

Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
