Remaking of existing flyer

Hello. I'd like you to remake a flyer based on the images i will be giving.
There will be a need to update the prices on this flyer.
And give me all the development files (illustrator...).
I already got the needed files for this flyer reproduction.
I want the new flyer to look exactly like the old one.
Some logos joined may not be relevant for this work, you pick the logo fitting the colors wanted.
