Refresh my resume

I have a resume in Microsoft format that I need re-formatted into a more modern and cleaner format as a google doc or a canva file. I would like to transfer all of the existing information and would like to have sections created for new information to be added. I want the resume to look current and presented in more fun but still professional format. I have included an example resume design that I like for reference which is from Canva.
