Refine Existing Presentation Design

I need help working on an existing presentation. The main focus will be ensuring the design elements are consistent, specifically the graphics and images.
Key Tasks:
- Create new design elements or charts
- Modify existing images/ design elements / chart styles to improve visual appeal and coherence.
- Ensure all design elements and charts have a consistent style throughout the presentation. The presentations are heavy on content and data. This cannot be modified.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Graphic design experience, particularly with creating design elements.
- Professional design look and feel required (not animations)
