Redesign and work on a 10 chapter manga book

I am looking for someone to completely redesign and rework a 10 chapter manga book that I have. I am looking for a combination of both minor edits and improvements, and a complete redesign and rework. The style I prefer is a modern manga, and the book is currently 100-200 pages.
