Redesign t-shirts

We have 5 designs that were created by a company that went bankrupt after we paid them. So, we have the PDF design, but no design files for the clothing manufacturer.

I need someone to recreate the designs within 24 hours so we can send to the manufacturer.

Initial designs I require are for t-shirt, polo shirt, shorts, training top and hoodie
